Baylies Epicurean Delights

The Baylies story is one of love and commitment to a cause. Inspired by the vision of owners Robert and Angela Bell, Baylies has an unrelenting passion for quality, tradition, excellence and of course amazing food. 

Based in Woodside in the Adelaide Hills, the team are unrelenting in the pursuit of their vision; to create extraordinary food from traditional recipes delivered with excellence and passion. Baylies source as much of their raw ingredients from Australia as possible. That means using natural foodstuffs with no artificial flavours, fresh butter, eggs and unbleached flour.

The Queen's Cut Honey Co.

Honeycomb from hive to hand. Jake produces small batch honeycomb from native bushland sites in Adelaide Hills & Fleurieu. Unfiltered, unprocessed, and the wax is antimicrobial. Propolis, a type of ‘bee glue’ has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiviral compounds. But you almost forget the huge range of health benefits because it tastes soooo good. 

Udder Delights

Trevor Dunford, Saul and Sheree Sullivan are the proud family behind Udder Delights. They are ‘Udderly’ passionate about creating delicious cheeses for all South Australians to enjoy. Starting from humble beginnings in the picturesque Adelaide Hills they grew a simple idea of wholesome handmade cheese into one of South Australia’s leading artisan cheese producers.

Forrest Range Orchards

Forest Orchards is a family enterprise run by third generation orchardist Graeme Schultz, his wife Fiona and their sons. The property is located in Forest Range in the Adelaide Hills. Their super sweet, wonderfully crisp Galas, Fujis, Pink Ladies, Jonathans, Golden Delicious and Granny Smiths are one of the highlights of autumn / winter produce. 

The Schultz family is dedicated to the sustainability of their farming practice. Forest Orchards was certified organic twenty years ago.

Filsell's Apples

Filsell’s Apples is a family business, operated since 1903, situated in the Adelaide Hills near Forest Range. The current generation of custodians comprises brothers Bill, Mark and Ian Filsell. Mark and Ian manage the production operations, while Bill focuses on marketing and distribution.
